New Outlook in 2020?

Recently, I encountered a rather interesting job application software. It is a little unique from the others that I have seen. The regular CV milling and parsing mechanism are still existent. More curiously, though, are the little recognizable slots of grade and test scores that run through the optional information you can put forward as a candidate to out beat the candidates for a job bid.

Considering it is the end of the year and many people make plans -- if job change is one goal you are eager to realize in 2020 then perhaps a role in management would be within arm's reach with a GMAT score presented on your non-business CV or application.
