Beyond Meat
This is probably one of my favorite plant-based foods on the market today. I love the taste. More importantly, they do not use tapioca in their base. It cooks to a flavorful taste and texture -- great for carnivores (they might not know they are eating meat-free). It is, though, still running on the high side of calories which is normal in vegan and vegetarian foods.
